Charcoal Tea Tree Oil Cleanser + Toner Set

Using a toner after cleansing is so important because it balances your pH BACK to where it needs to be so that bacteria will not start more breakouts. There is an invisible layer on the skin that is healthy, called the "Acid Mantle". It gets removed every time you wash your skin.
