Is it easy to use? YES. 4 times a week, apply oil to scalp and massage in well. Leave it on for at least 15 minutes! Get in a warm shower and allow oil to stay on the scalp for a few minutes while the moist heat helps it penetrate. Then shampoo and rinse!
