Our organic tamanu oil is obtained by cold pressing the blonde nut kernel of the Calophyllum inophyllum tree, a tree indigenous to Southeast Asia. The oil is then filtered, leaving a viscous green liquid.

🌿*INGREDIENTS

*Tamanu Oil (tree nut) is a true HERO, it is like a first aid kit in a bottle. It is deep green in color and has an herbaceous aroma.
It is highly antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, excellent and effective for conditions of acne, psoriasis, and scars, and even cold sores. Penetrates quickly, leaves skin toned and smooth looking. It is known that Tamanu has cicatrization properties, which is the formation of new tissue. It helps your skin repair, restructure, and rehydrate. Purportedly it is said that this oil has anti-oxidant, antineuralgic, anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, antibiotic and antioxidant properties. How to use: 2 x daily on the area of concern. Clean area and pat dry. apply Tamanu by lightly tapping in or massaging into the area. For cold sores, apply directly 3X daily and before bed.

For the mouth, cuts apply the oil on a Q-tip and then apply to sore several times daily. For sores or wounds that need to heal apply with a cotton pad or Q-tip 3 X daily.

Lifestyle thoughts:

-Drink plenty of water daily.
-Supplements like Fish Oil, Omegas, Pro-Biotics, MSM can make a noticeable change in your skin and energy levels. Everything starts in your gut, and if you have digestive problems, then ---your skin will show it. Check your intake of carbs, sugar, and dairy and reduce it (this works well for SOME people)
-Acne has a strong link to digestion, and your digestive tract is absolutely full of both good and bad bacteria
-Change your pillowcase every day if possible.
-Keep hair very clean and washed daily. If the hair is longer, sweep it up away from face and neck during the day and while you sleep.
-Avoid synthetic perfumes and body sprays.
-Exfoliate skin daily if possible. Mask 2 X a week.
-Don't pick at your skin, it actually DOES REALLY make it worse and causes a new pimple to appear almost always.
